This pendant and “ADT Emergency Medical Service” provides ADT customers with a personal two-way system to connect them to ADT in an emergency. When the pendant is activated, ADT will attempt to establish a two-way conversation through the control panel. If the homeowner is unable to maintain a two-way conversation, ADT will dispatch help immediately. Otherwise it will leverage two-way technology to speak with the homeowner to determine more about the emergency. This offers seniors with a way to maintain more personal independence and peace of mind.
The Lynx Plus alarm panel supports features like “two-way voice” and pro- grammable keys which can be used to manually activate “panic alerts.” It also interfaces with the medical pendant to the left to support solo independence in your home. ADT is available at all times to dispatch help in an accident or emergency.
